We did end up making a hospital trip just to be safe and now just need to keep an eye on it over the next few days. She was in great spirits afterwards and still fought like a champion.

At K1, confidence isn’t built through speeches or participation awards.
It’s built through experience, structure, and learning how to stay calm under pressure.
That’s the difference.

Team KO are going to smash it at the Sydney City Open this Sunday.
We are taking the biggest team we've had for a while, so we are super excited to see the results.
Everyone has trained hard and given themselves the best opportunity for great results. We will film as much as possible and get some awesome highlights from the weekend.
