We are SO proud of Claire, Maggie & Jovie 💚
All three making their AFLW Round 1 debuts — what an incredible milestone!
Claire first started with us at RAD in 2022 as part of her journey, with Maggie and Jovie joining soon after. All three have also come through the GWV Rebels program, and it’s been so amazing to watch them develop and progress along the way.
To now see them stepping onto an AFLW field is pretty special. We couldn’t be prouder to have been a small part of their journey.
And the best part? This is only the beginning. 👏

Are you doing the movement, or are you training it?
Same load, same exercise, same rep count. The only difference is intent — and it changes everything about what your body actually adapts to.
Intent starts with knowing what you’re training for. A rep done to build power looks different to a rep done to build control — even when the exercise looks identical from the outside.
Train with purpose, not just effort.
The Miners BRP back in for retesting this past Sunday — good energy, good work, great to see it all coming together 💪
Every dancer trains hard in the studio. But there’s a gap most don’t know they have — and it’s not about talent or hours logged.
Power, strength, robustness, and stability are the physical qualities that hold up everything you do on stage.
They’re not built through more rehearsal.
They’re built outside the studio.
This is the work we do with every dancer at RAD — closing the gap.
One of the biggest things an injury takes away isn’t just your ability to train or compete.
It’s your confidence.
Confidence that your body is healing.
Confidence that you’re doing the right things.
Confidence that you’ll get back to where you were before.
Too often, athletes leave rehab with fewer questions answered than when they started.
That’s why we’ve always believed rehab should be about more than reducing pain.
It should give you clarity.
A plan you understand.
Objective milestones you can measure.
And a team that supports you all the way until you trust your body again.
Because the goal was never just to get you pain-free.
The goal is to get you back performing with confidence 🔥

Recovery isn’t one feeling. It’s all of them, at once.
Some days you feel unstoppable. Some days you feel like you’re starting from zero. Most days, you feel both — and that’s not a setback, that’s rehab.
You don’t have to pick a side. You don’t have to feel “positive” to be doing it right, and you don’t have to feel broken to be struggling. Two things can be true at the same time.
Wherever you’re at today — trust it. All of it.
RAD’s own ‘Oracle of Operations’ 🔮
If there’s a way to build a system for it… Tim already has.
Need to know who’s due for testing? ✔️
How to walk around the gym efficiently? ✔️
What you’re about to ask? Somehow… ✔️
We’re convinced he knows things before everyone else—not because he can predict the future, but because his systems can. 😂
