A massive well done to Ros, our Week 6 Member of the Week! 🙌🔥

Although Ros has only been part of the New Movement community for a short time, she has quickly become a familiar face around the gym. Always greeting members with a smile and a friendly chat, Ros brings a positive energy that makes our community such a great place to train.

Throughout the challenge, Ros has been incredibly consistent with her training and has embraced every opportunity to step outside her comfort zone. Whether it’s a new exercise, or a new recipe to try, she’s always willing to give it a go!

🏆 MEMBER OF THE WEEK – BRENTON 🏆

A huge well done to Brenton, our Week 5 Member of the Week! 🔥

This is Brenton’s first challenge with us, and he has absolutely been smashing it. Over the past 5 weeks, he’s consistently attended 3–4 group fitness classes each week while also completing his personalised running and strength program in preparation for the Melbourne Half Marathon this July.

What has stood out most is Brenton’s commitment to the process. He’s been putting in the work both inside and outside of the gym, balancing gym training with his running goals and continuing to show up week after week.
