How do you make your program stick?
You don't!
That is of course... unless you want to stay on the yo-yo cycle of lose a little, gain back a whole lot more
One of the things I discovered years ago (these are not new ideas)
Is that if you took 2 people, similar starting positions and similar goals and following similar programs
One hits is out of the park, and the other struggles has nothing to do with effort or consistency
But purely in the ability to create an effective lifestyle
Now, lifestyle is NOT about hitting the gym as other as your program dictates or being hardcore saying no to tasty treats
It's your ability to take the fundamental requirements of nutrition and training and being able to align with your goals and preferences
One path will have you counting down the days until your program is over...
And the other, your journey (and results) come easier than you could ever imagine
PLUS... there is no fear you'll end up going backwards
Not a new concept and something I've taught for the better part of 15 years
And it's why my guys continue to win
Anyways, food for thought

Struggling to drop stubborn body fat?
I get the frustration...
But the good news is: The problem isn't your plan
It's your lifestyle!
And the reason why that's a GOOD thing,
Is that it's a relatively simple thing to fix and you can start getting results almost instantly!
No gimmicks. No BS!
Just dialing in what works for YOU!

Quick question and I’d be keen to get your thoughts:
“Fitness Challenges”
3 of the biggest fitness I influencers in Aus with a combined following of over 1.5mil on the G run 8 week challenge…
And every second post (sponsored ad) is looking for “5 guys who want to get shredded in 6 weeks without counting calories”
Yes, I admit I used to run “challenges” (I quit 10 years ago)
And I was damn good at them (plus they are great for business)
But… they don’t really deliver the long-term outcomes as promised?
Fact is; Aussie men are now fatter than ever reaching for their next man shake in a desperate attempt to get their health back on track
So where is the disconnect?
I have my own opinions with the results to back it up
And if you have seen my 5-step training, I share more of that there
But I’m curious what do you think?
Drop me a line, I would be keen to know

If you’re training hard, eating well, and still not seeing the physique you know you’re capable of…
This is for you.
Most men over 40 don’t struggle because they lack discipline.
They struggle because the approach they’re following isn’t built for them anymore.
In this free training, I break down:
• The 3 biggest mistakes keeping consistent men stuck
• Why training harder often makes results worse after 40
• The 5-step method busy operators across Australia use to get leaner, fitter, and stronger without living in the gym
No hype.
No gimmicks.
No “6-week shred” nonsense.
Just a smarter way to train, eat, and execute so your body finally reflects your standards.
Here is the training >>
Why High Performing Men Still Struggle to Get Lean

I just caught an email from a nutritionist comparing the benefits of a structured meal to grazing
The info was solid enough
But it’s got me all “triggered” and the like
You see, in his comparison he used different food sources
Different calories
Different protein amounts
Different levels of fibre
Never listed carbs or fats
And did I say, they were just “different”
Does that matter?
Yes, it does
It’s like comparing the fuel efficiency of 2 cars with one being electric
With different selections, energy densities and satiety values, you are going to get a different outcome
So, what’s my opinion: team grazing or team structured meal?
Do want you want, if it satisfies your goals, preferences and lifestyle
Me, I’ve eaten 6 meals per day for the last 20 years
Why? I would much rather less food over more meals throughout the day as I personally hate that full, boated feel…
And I know people who don’t want to leave the dinner table unless they have to be rolled away
Yes of course, there are “better” ways of doing things to optimize your results (ie if you trained first thing in the morning, Intermittent fasting probably isn’t the best way to go…)
But ultimately it comes down to finding what works for you so you can make it part of your long game
If you want to bounce some ideas back and forth, you can always message me direct and I’m sure we can come up with a sustainable plan of attack that works

Flying down the trails on my e-bike this morning, my phone pinged.
It was a question and not the usual
“what should I eat?” or “what program are you on?”
It was the kind of question that tells you someone’s actually thinking.
I couldn’t wait to get home and reply.
Here’s what I sent 👇
Hey mate, thanks for reaching out and a ripper of a question.
Brendan, like most guys was not shy in working hard... but also like most, he could lose weight just couldn't keep it off.
He said he knew he needed a different approach, and I asked him one question that changed everything: "why do you have weight to lose in the first place"?
That really got him thinking, and instead of focusing in losing weight or trying to stick to programs that didn't suit his lifestyle, he made his lifestyle BETTER and removed the reason for gaining weight in the first place.
That was the game changer, and then I was able to help him with dialing in his goals, accountability etc.
Hope this helps

Tell you a secret?
After 25 plus years in this game, I’ve never had anyone reach out to me asking “can you help me fix my metabolism”
It’s surface-level, superficial s**t and a problem that doesn’t exist
And my most successful clients, the one’s who are dreams to work with, and surpass their craziest goals with precise and deliberate action always reach out asking “how do we start”
They don’t care about nuances
They don’t care in buzz words, trend problems or the latest fads
They just want to WIN so they can keep winning in life!

I read (and commented) on an interesting post before
Where the majority of Aussie men dress don't dress like grown men
More like teenage boys
And it's why women don't respect them, and they set low standards for themselves
Well...
Zucks where the same grey tshirt every single day
Hormozi has made jorts, wife beaters, flanno's and nose strips a statement in itself
And Sam Ovens needs a haircut
As for me
I'm well out of a uniform (pic just for attention grabbing)
But if I could live in boardies, bare feet and a t-shirt (also insert gym or bike wear) daily I'd be a happy boy
All of which has ZERO negative impact on my ability to coach
In fact, it makes be MORE effective
Because I sat here in my lulu lemon or whatever it is, id feel fake and like a fraud
Bum life
Proud of it
Beware the illusions
And as the saying goes: "when the shirt comes off the bulls**t stops"

Check this out, this happened yesterday.
I launched a new Facebook ads campaign.
By 7am, I had my first message:
“Can I get started?”
I replied (from the gym):
“Definitely.”
That was followed by:
“Yay.”
“So I’m waiting…”
“I want a no-BS business chat.”
I told him to follow the prompts above as he clearly hadn’t read the message properly.
That’s when things went sideways.
He told me:
• He didn’t want automation
• Questioned why I was training at 7am
• Said I was lazy
• And that this “wasn’t a good start”
So I replied with a short video message.
And then…
Silence.
No reply.
No follow-up.
No action.
Which tells me everything I need to know.
He didn’t want to get started.
He wanted attention.
And this is exactly who I’m protecting my time from moving into 2026.
Here’s the truth:
You’re busy.
I’m busy.
There are only so many hours in the day.
And I’m choosing to reserve my time for high-performing men who:
• Respect structure
• Value 1:1 personalised coaching
• And are serious about results
Men who want to get fitter, leaner, and stronger using a proven system without guesswork.
Not men who want to argue with automation at 7am while I’m training.
So here’s the deal:
If you’re done playing small…
If you don’t want to be treated like a number in a generic, one-size-fits-all challenge…

You either do, or you don’t.
That part isn’t on me.
And if you’re not ready to take action no dramas at all.
But if you are ready to start today, with zero upfront, what I’m sharing on that page is genuinely life-changing.
And that’s priceless.
