Introducing myself and as the NEW OWNERS of F45 Training Wodonga starting from the 1st of December!
We have a small, experienced team coming on board with us and we can’t wait to bring some fresh ideas, as well as a NEW PREMISES in the new year!

No ab exercises!!!
Excuse these photos 🫣Try to see them for what they are-
I rolled out of bed on a Saturday morning, chucked some trackies and a hoodie on and went to do a quick weightlifting workout.
I wanted to share this example with you…
In the last few weeks I have not done a single isolated ab exercise due to ab separation and a potential hernia post birth, this includes sit-ups, russian twists, even a plank. I have purely weight trained consistently 4-6 times per week.
Through each exercise I have ENGAGED MY CORE!!
So although these are really shabby, last minute photos, my message is that you don’t need to do a hundred sit-ups a day to get definition. You need to learn how to engage your core properly while doing compound exercises and keep your core braced through most daily activities to protect your back.
Of course, nutrition comes into it as well as exercise consistency but my point is that simply isolating ab exercises on their own will not get you a 6 pack.
Ps- I don’t have a 6 pack 🤣

Well in this case- this lovely couple come together to motivate each other, inspire each other and keep each other accountable!

If you want a quality session but can’t afford to come on your own, bring your friend or partner with you and make the most out of your session together by going halves in cost. 💰
