Consistency doesn’t have to look like five classes a week.

Sometimes it looks like one class when life feels busy.
Sometimes it looks like choosing movement instead of staying still.
Sometimes it’s simply showing up for you.

That’s what we’re celebrating this August.

Every class will gain you an entry into our draw, you just keep coming to class and we’ll take care of the rest!

Keep an eye for our details on our prizes this week

This month is all about showing up, however that looks for you!

No challenge.
No 6-week transformation.
No tracking.
No pressure.

And to sweeten the deal, every class you attend throughout August earns you 1 entry into our draw. The more you move, the more chances you have to win!

Because we believe consistency deserves to be celebrated—not perfection.

Dave relaxing back into his favourite move - Climb a Tree using the circle đŸ”„

You’re a legend, Dave, and it’s been an absolute pleasure having you in the studio over the past couple of years. Congrats on 100+ classes and here’s to 100+ more!

A lot of people avoid Burn because they think it’s too cardio-heavy, too hard after work, or they simply don’t know what to expect.

The truth? Burn is just a little faster-paced. Not because we’re doing cardio, but because we spend less time explaining basic setups and movements.

You’ll still get options, modifications and support throughout class.

The hardest part might just be booking your first one. â€ïžđŸ”„
