Safety on the Long Box!

We've seen it before where advanced exercises are taught on a long box that is not correctly positioned, especially on reformers where the carriage is shorter than the long box (like on the Balanced Body Allegro 2)

So, if you want to keep your clients safe, be sure to position the box over the shoulder rests to prevent it from tipping.

Your future tally of zero insurance claims will thank you 😉
