We come together for a better version of ourselves and our community. We are Yarraville's Premier Martial Arts and Fitness centre.

We value each and every client as well as their families. Our timetable offers classes for children as young as 3 and we have a great range of adult programs as well as fitness programs. We offer a martial arts gym set up, bags to kick and punch, safe flooring, change-room facilities, clean toilets....the list goes on and on. We also offer specialised kids b'day parties, self defence courses for children and adults, bush-walks for bonding and international competition level training for those that would like to represent Australia. Holiday self defence day was Awesome. Basically a great day to learn to Deal With Bullying.

We Absolutely loved sharing the gift of martial arts with this great group of kids.

3 hours of togetherness, exploring our vocal cords at their loudest BACK OFF and new friendships formed.

Con Lazos and Leo Lazos led the team through the steps of feeling confident against the bullies.

Last holiday session will be this Friday and it’s going to be Epic.

🥋 IF YOUR CHILD WAS IN A DIFFICULT SITUATION AND YOU WEREN’T THERE… WOULD THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO?

As parents, we want to protect our kids — but we can’t be beside them every moment.

That’s why one of the greatest things we can give them is the confidence, awareness and practical skills to protect themselves and make good decisions when we’re not there.

Our School Holiday Self-Defence Day will help your child learn to:
