Kelly is the founder of InSpirational Yoga (from the root "In Spirit")
Advanced Yoga Teacher YTT500
Advanced Certification in Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga Psychology

Yoga is not about being bendy, it’s about remembering who we are when all the outside noise disappears. Yoga’s physical postures lead us to that quiet space within so we can discover our deepest desires & our purpose for being alive. Yoga has been the greatest gift in Kelly's life, helping her recover from a car accident resulting in back surgery & Systemic Lupus. Yoga opens the body, brings strength, balance & peace. Kelly experiences a deep sense of purpose sharing physical, mental & spiritual wellness with others. She is teaching an In Person & Live Virtual class simultaneously this fall through December 16th. Thursday's at 4:50pm from a new larger space at 464 Ferndale Dr. N, Barrie which will include a replay. Kelly also loves teaching private & public classes, workshops & retreats at the lake, beach & in her garden. Her specialties are Therapeutic, Restorative & Chair Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, Playful & Bonding Partner Yoga, Meditation, Vinyasa Flow & Iyengar. You can reach out to Kelly at [email protected] or www.facebook.com/inSpirationalyoga or inSpirityoga on instagram
Come & reconnect with yourself in a new, fun way!
