This weekend everything got put on pause when Moka got really sick and needed to be taken to the emergency vet clinic in Halifax. When someone you love, whether it’s a family member or a pet needs you, you drop everything. In those moments, your focus shifts completely to caring for them, and honestly… taking care of yourself usually falls to the bottom of the list.

Unfortunately not every wellness moment looks glamorous.

Sometimes it looks like being at the emergency vet clinic, worried sick about your dog, while mixing a protein shake sitting on the waiting room floor.

One thing I was really grateful for in the middle of all the stress was having simple things already prepared. I had my Arbonne protein powder with me and protein muffins in the freezer ready to grab before heading to the vet.

Sitting in that waiting room, I was able to get in 52g of protein without having to leave the clinic, order takeout, or make a drive-thru run.

This is the kind of “behind the scenes” people don’t always see. Not the perfectly planned moments, but the real-life ones 💗

This class is designed to help strengthen your abdominal and back muscles in a calm, laid-back setting. Enjoy 30 minutes of core strengthening exercises followed by 30 minutes of stretching and relaxation.

With dimmed lights, chill music, and gentle movement, Core & Flow is the perfect blend of exercise and relaxation ✨

Especially after a long week, this class gives you the chance to move your body, strengthen your core, and head into the weekend feeling refreshed instead of exhausted 💗
