Food labeling is such an easy trap to fall into! Research shows that by labeling food as good or bad, we are inadvertently emotionally charging those foods which can result in increased cravings and binging and CHEAT MEALS. The best solution for healthy eating is staying consistent in your habits and avoiding bad habits like food labeling.

I am absolutely overjoyed for this remarkable young woman, whom I hired just over two years ago. Since joining our team, Ariana has consistently exceeded my expectations. Her strong work ethic, leadership, creativity, and infectious energy have made her an invaluable part of our Fitness Firm family.
Ariana has recently completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and has now been accepted into the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program at McMaster University.
While her studies will take her to Hamilton, we hope to continue seeing Ariana around the club from time to time as she embarks on this exciting new chapter.
