We asked them about their journeys to 500👇

What is your favourite class?
Tamara -"My favorite classes are usually Wednesdays where we can pick between upper and lower body workouts, like Fifty Fifty, but some others I love are Romans, GOAT, Seoul Rush, West Hollywood, and even sometimes the Hyrox ones to challenge myself!"
Lee - "My favorite classes are the ones with lots of heavy lifting, I think Apollo was one of my favourites!"

Fav class time?
Tamara - "My favorite class time is 10:00am!"
Lee - "My favourite classes time is probably 8:00am but I do switch around a lot depending on my schedule! It’s nice to go with my wife when I can too!"

Results you've seen training with us?
Tamara - "I have definitely become noticeably stronger over the last couple years by coming to F45! I thought I was challenging myself before at other gym classes I went to, but F45 made me discover I was actually capable of so much more than I thought. I never thought I'd be lifting weights as heavy as I do now, and it's amazing how much better I have become at pushups, dead hangs, etc!"
Lee-"I’ve definitely been building strength and also endurance, especially cause the coaches like to push me! My goal is just to beat Coach Kevin 😂"

What keeps you coming back after 500 classes?
Tamara - "What keeps me coming back is a combination of the amazing coaches who make it so fun, the friendships I've made here, and the great variety of workouts - I love being able to have days of weights and muscle resistance, and also some cardio days, and that the workouts are always changing and providing new challenges. It's also SO nice to have the workouts all planned out for me and all I gotta do is show up and work!"
Lee- "I keep coming back because it’s a great way to stay in shape and I like the variety and having the workouts all planned out for me!"

Evan joins the 500 club with wifey and kiddo by his side! 🎉👏💪

A new father and legendary F45 Legacy member! We asked Evan about his journey to 500👇

Do you have a favourite class?
"Favorite class would be a strength day! A heavy lifting Maximus or Titans is tough to beat although a cardio/hybrid can get addictive! 😁"

Favourite class time?
"5am was my jam but since becoming a dad I've had to switch to an after work 445pm pump!"

Results you've experienced training with us?
"I've always been a smaller, skinnier guy but since joining F45 I've been able to build and maintain more mass without increasing my body fat. I've never felt stronger 💪 (it could just be the dad strength kicking in though) 😅"

What keeps you coming back?
"My two main reasons for coming back are my family and the community! I've been motivated now more then ever to be a healthy parent and HOT husband 😏The community is unmatched! Being around others that want to better themselves is also motivating and the coaches keep you determined and pushing for that next level!

500 classes sounds like a long time but it feels like I blinked and im onto 501! Can't wait to crush the next 500 classes! 💪"

Jodie hits 1000 classes at F45 Legacy! Shes actually well over 1700 if you count the classes from our sister studio F45 TRAINING MARDA LOOP 🇨🇦 while she lived there and various other F45 studio visits!
A true F45 OG & Legend! 🎉🤩👏

What is your fav class?
Definitely the strength classes! I love lifting heavy and seeing what I’m capable of. But I also am known to love a good conditioning class!💪

Fav workout class time?
8 am works great with my schedule and I love crushing a midday noon session!

Results over 1700 classes?
F45 has made me stronger, fitter and has given me such a great foundation for everything else I’ve taken on. It’s helped prepare me for multiple races, including HYROX, and has given me the confidence to keep setting new goals and challenging myself. Somewhere along the way, I went from working out just to “burn calories” and “become smaller” to genuinely loving training (most days lol) and seeing what my body is capable of.

What keeps you coming back?!
The people, 100%. When I first started at F45 Legacy, it was only supposed to be temporary while I waited for another gym to open - four years later and they can’t get rid of me 😂. The coaches, friendships and community make it so much more than just a gym. I’ve made some lifelong friends at Legacy, and even on the days I don’t really feel like working out, I always leave glad I came!

My F45 journey actually started in 2019 at F45 Marda Loop, and I was hooked right away. I kept training through COVID with their online workouts and throughout my entire pregnancy literally right up until the day before I went into labour! After having Owen, we moved south and I joined F45 Legacy (temporarily 😉). It’s been a huge part of my life ever since. It’s pretty cool to look back and realize how many different stages of life f45 classes have been a part of. I’m a lifer 🫶🏼💙❤️

We are glad we are stuck with you Jodie because you are stuck with us! We love ya! You embody all things F45! Thank you for being such an incredible member and ambassador for our community!! 🤩

"The Hybrid classes have grown on me over the years! Quarterbacks, The Joker & the new Special Ops Hollywood are probably my top 3 faves!"

Favourite class time?
"I’m a 6am girl on my work days, but on my days off I like the 9am, 10am… and lately, even the 12pm!😁"

What keeps you coming back after 1000 classes?
"What keeps me coming back is the people! No matter the time of day or the class, there’s always great group to sweat with!

Great workouts + great people = the best kind of addiction!"

When we say F45 is for EVERYONE we mean it! Meet Daniel who just crushed his 500th class along side his incredible mom Magdalene! 🎉🤩

Daniel has autism and ADHD and F45 has become his second home! He attends class daily which has helped keep him focused and in routine! 💪

What's your favorite class/classes?
"My favorite Class is Wednesday, class 50/50!"

Favorite class time?
"My mom and I like the 9am class!"

Results you've seen while training with us?
"I have grown stronger and built a lot of muscles. I can pick mom up very easily. I have autism and ADHD, so coming to the gym has helped to keep my mind focused, and it has also helped with sleeping well"

What keeps you coming back?
"Mom made me. I like that I get high fives. Coach Drew talks to me and helps me. I get to have fun with mom at the gym"

What is your fav class time?
"I’m proudly part of the 5 a.m. club! My favorite class is Wednesday because I love having the option to focus on upper body, lower body, or both!"

Results you've seen after 500 classes?
"F45 Legacy completely changed my relationship with exercise, and I only wish I had found it sooner. I genuinely look forward to coming every morning (except on Hyrox days 🥵 lol). When I joined, I was 8 months postpartum with my first baby, and since then I’ve lost almost 50 lbs kg. But it’s so much more than the number on the scale. I feel stronger, more active, and healthier!"

"These days, when my alarm goes off at 4 a.m., I don’t even think twice. F45 has become part of my routine, and I truly love the community, the coaches, the classes, and the amazing friends I’ve made along the way!"

What is your fav class/clases?
"Hollywood, docklands, joker. To just name a few but I usually enjoy any cardio/ hybrid class! (I am crazy I know 🤪)"

Fav class time?
"The early morning classes 5 or 6am. Nothing better than starting the day with a hard workout!"

Results you have seen over 1000 classes?
"I am the strongest I have ever been in my life! But aside the physical results, what I am most proud of is the discipline I have been able to build throughout these 3 and half years. I never thought I would be into fitness and that always seemed a very far dream to me. Now working out is an important part of my day and skipping is never an option!"

What keeps you coming back?
"The coaches, the workouts and the community. I have always enjoyed group training and I have met some incredible people along the way. The workouts got me hooked. 45 min in and out, when you are a parent you learn to appreciate time 🤭😂"
