Summer Passport Challenge

Inversions and Arm Balances are not just advanced poses. They are the ability to understand the body on a deeper level.
Every Saturday at 330pm we play. This is a workshop style class so expect it to be interactive and fun. We use the wall and support each other through touch and spotting.
This class is for everyone! New to you or if you need a space to practice your weekly inversions we’ve got you.

Our Yin with Assists class combines long-held yin postures with supportive hands-on assists designed to help you release deeper layers of tension, stress, and resistance. Through safe, mindful touch, the body can feel supported, grounded, and cared for in a way words sometimes cannot reach.
