THE NEW ROCKS ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!

While Damien has some handles, bolts, and stickers to still take care of on them, we are super excited that our new rocks from Canada Curling Stone have arrived.

A big shoutout to Kim from CCS and Doug from our board for the many years of communication and planning to bring these to reality for us

Another big thank you to the members who came out this morning to help unload them from the truck. Many hands normally make light work but not sure this one was light overall

Now to countdown until we have ice to get a chance to throw them

And our old rocks are off to their new home…

Thank you to everyone who came out last week to help load some of our old rocks to go to their new home. The Assiginack Curling Club on Manitoulin Island will be the next home for two sheets worth of our old rocks while the other two sheets have gone to homes of our members

A BIG thank you to all of our members who came out for our AGM tonight. A bunch of great topics covered that will push our club forward for the coming season and into the future

It’s also great to see so many of our members take the time out of their summer to attend and participate in the club’s progress
