Heads up….. there is no hot water at the gym and unfortunately we are going into a long weekend and plumbers don’t work on weekends. Hopefully it will get dealt with early next week.
In the meantime, I hear cold plunges are the “IN” thing right now so just have cold showers 😆

Mondays 4-5:30pm (beginner)
Wednesdays 5-6:30pm (beginner)
Wednesdays 5-7pm (intermediate)
Fridays 9:30am-11:30am (Intermediate/advanced)

Kids and Youth Sessions available too-
Saturdays 9:30-11am (newbies)
Saturdays 9:30-11:30am (intermediate/advanced)
Mondays 4-5:30pm (newbies)
Mondays 4-5:30pm (beginners- 1st class is full 2nd class opening)
Wednesdays 4-6pm (advanced Beginners-FULL)
Wednesdays 4-6pm (intermediate/advanced)
