The Cowichan Valley Breakers Swim Club in Duncan, BC, is a youth swim team focused on skills training, team spirit, and fostering a love for swimming.
We offer year-round swimming and competitive summer programs for all levels. Go Breakers! Cowichan Valley Breakers Summer Swim Team offers a comprehensive swimming program that includes fitness, fun, and fundamentals. A typical practice for beginning swimmers consists of in the water training focusing on strong skill development, confidence and speed.

🏆 Awards Night & Laser Tag Showdown 💥
Lock and load, Breakers, it’s our season finale and we’re throwing a party the only way we know how - with trophies, hot dogs, and lasers 🔫 On Friday, August 7, from 4:30–7:00 PM in Cobble Hill, we'll celebrate our awesome season with a BBQ, drinks, snacks, awards… and then we’ll settle the score with an epic laser tag battle!

The Regional Meet package is out, and so are the volunteer and timer sign-up forms!
This is our biggest meet of the season and it's all hands on deck... 🌊😉 (see what we did there?). If you haven't already, please take a few minutes to sign up for a volunteer shift or two (or three!). There are lots of opportunities over the three-day meet, and every helping hand makes a difference.
