The season of sunshine, late bedtimes, and the perfect time to try out dance at Saorsa.

Here’s why our 6-week summer sessions are always a hit:

Our shortest session of the year makes it easy to try something new! Low-commitment, but still all the fun

Performing at the Garrison Night Market. Dancing at the NB Highland Games (a must). Studio windows glowing in the evening light. And grabbing an ice cream after class from next door. Summer here feels different than the rest of the year in the best way.

A great weekend of competition for these gals (+ some others I don’t have photos of!!) 👏🏻⭐️

Championship on Saturday, Premiership on Sunday, and some Pre-Premier competitions in between. A weekend filled with pushing themselves to their personal best & showcasing everything they’ve been working hard on.

“My child is too young to start highland dance”… Couldn’t be further from the truth!

We encourage dancers as young as 1 year old to join us in the studio, and while you as a parent might be thinking “they won’t be able to do any of the moves”

What WE’RE thinking is:

⭐️ they’ll start to learn fundamental dance concepts like high and low + fast and slow

⭐️ they’re getting used to a classroom environment

⭐️ they’re learning to follow direction

Starting a dance education early on is one of the best things you can do for the optimal development of your child!

We see so much success in our dancers who are growing through the levels - in AND out of the studio

By the time they’re a Tartan Teddy at age 3, they’re basically a trained dance professional 🤣
