It has been newly renovated to include several unique and specialized pieces of equipment, an 80ft turf runway, all of which assist in providing you with the results you want. 🔥 Want to build a bigger, more defined chest? Try my favourite techniques: Pre-Exhaust Training. 💪

Hit an isolation movement first, then go straight into a chest press with zero rest. Your chest is already fatigued, so it has to do all the work.

Start by isolating the chest with a machine fly, focusing on a full stretch at the bottom and a hard squeeze at the top. Then, without resting, move straight to the chest press machine and train to failure with slow, controlled reps.

Why does it work? By fatiguing the chest first, your pecs become the limiting factor—not your shoulders or triceps. That means more muscle fiber recruitment, a better contraction, and maximum stimulation for growth.

Train with a full range of motion, control every rep, and push to failure.

Repeat the combination 3–4 times and watch what happens. 🔥💪

🇨🇦 What an incredible Canada Day at T2! 🇨🇦

A huge shoutout to DJ Greg for bringing the energy and keeping the music pumping all morning long. The atmosphere was absolutely electric, and the T2 Family showed up ready to work!

We had Women’s Bootcamp, HYROX Training, and Combine classes all happening under one roof. No matter your fitness level or your goals, there’s a place for you at T2.

☀️ SUNDAY MORNING NEWS AT T2 ☀️

What an incredible weekend it’s been at T2!

✅ Saturday morning kicked off with an awesome HYROX training session led by Coach Céline.

✅ Then Coach Wayne brought the energy with another amazing Saturday Combine class. Great job to everyone who showed up and put in the work!

🚛 After that, it was time for a road trip! Ashton, Colby, and I headed out to pick up some incredible new equipment for T2.

When we got back, Robin even took a break from his workout to jump in and help us unload these heavy units. That says everything about the kind of people we have at T2.

I also want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to Ashton, Colby, Kyle, and Robin. There is no way I could have done this without you guys. You gave up your time, worked hard, and never hesitated when I needed help. I appreciate every one of you more than you know.

💛 Moments like this remind me how lucky I am. I’m incredibly grateful for our T2 family and for the amazing friends I have around me who are always willing to step up, support me, and support T2. We’ve built much more than a gym—we’ve built a community that always has each other’s backs.
