Here’s what nobody tells you, a good screen crown is required to ensure proper screen tension and maximum productivity.

After meeting with one of his Customers in the Caribbean to help with the first installation of Major Wire’s Flex Mat screens, Bondyn’s territory manager Eliezer Araujo observed an issue with the screen boxes crown.

After performing a string line test and identifying the crown bars where not making proper contact with the line, Eliezer halted the installation until the crown could be repaired properly. Eliezer prepared an Optimum Crown curve diagram, which Bondyn provides no charge to their customers to help guide in repairing the crown bars to the correct heights.

Once the repair is complete Eliezer will return to site and work with their maintenance staff to help with the screen installations as well as instructing on best practices to ensure maximum screen life and productivity.

Cliente con rotura prematura de sus mallas. Mallas se rompian en pocos días. Luego de una evaluacion del proceso, seminario de mantenimiento de mallas (SMS) y nuestras Flex-Mat S. No mas roturas y aumento notable en la produccion.

A client was experiencing premature screen breakage, with screens failing after just a few days. Following a process evaluation, a Screen Maintenance Seminar (SMS), and the implementation of our Flex-Mat S, breakage issues were eliminated, and production increased significantly.

Another load of replacement woven trommel screens on their way to one of our valued customers in the Hamilton, Ontario area. Proudly manufactured in Canada at Major Wire’s St. Catharines, Ontario facility using Canadian-made wire.

For this application, we supplied a heavier wire gauge to better balance screen life, while maintaining production efficiency based on the customer’s material and operating conditions.

Over the past six years, including the last two as Vice President of Sales, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the Team at Major Wire Industries Limited. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team, build lasting relationships across the industry, and contribute to the continued growth and success of a company I deeply respect.

I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, support, and partnerships developed throughout my time at Major Wire. Knowing that my relationship with the organization will remain strong as I begin this next chapter is something I truly value.

Today, I’m excited to announce the next step in my professional journey as Partner & President of Bondyn Products Inc. I would also like to sincerely thank Rick Dopheide for the opportunity to join Bondyn in this capacity, and I look forward to working together to create and foster new opportunities moving forward.

This opportunity represents an exciting new challenge and a chance to continue building strong relationships, delivering value to customers, and helping grow a business with tremendous potential.
