1 week Post Creemore vertical and back at it. Not sure what the next race will be. Looking at few right now but still undecided. More focused on the upcoming interviews this week. Amazing weather. Crisp, cool and warm all at the same time. Looking to build some speed into my runs so doing some intervals to increase pace. Got 5th at the race but I was way off the winning pace. See if I can close that gap a bit. Bout 7.5miles today and I just follow the white rectangle. Ha! Catch ya later!

What a race! Shout out to North of 89 Outdoors for putting on an amazing experience. Thank you. It was my first time up in Creemore and it dod not disappoint. I actually chose this song my DJ Shadow because its both aggressive but chill, just like this track. That hill is killer! Little chilly but perfect running weather. When I crossed the finish line there was a medal, shirt, and cold b**r waiting for me. Thanks Creemore Springs Brewery not to mention the sleeve in the pick up kit. This was a 14km with hills, trails, creeks, road and grassy areas. Amazing. After the race I dipped into the then to the market to grab some sauce from Don Carbones. And on top I finished 5th overall. My best result yet. I highly recommend this race. Reach out to Kathy and the whole n98 team for information on upcoming races. Basically a perfect day! One week out from North of 89 Outdoors Creemore Vertical. So excited for this race. Lots of elevation. Ran 14km and came in at 1:12 with about 800m of elevation. Felt great. I was faster with a new haircut😂 Thanks to everyone who is doing the 6 feet and running challenge. It’s a lot of fun and we are already in week 3. We have some awesome surprises ahead for this challenge and others. Lets run. Let’s have fun and let’s get a little spooky because we wanna Run Scared! Im also sitting down with my man John Calabrese soon and we will be having a surprise guest. So excited for that. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. 🇨🇦 thanksgiving that is. Take care!
