Rideau Gymnastics Recreational Gymnastics for all ages and levels. Home of the Rideau Competitive Gymnastics Teams (Aero, MAG, T&T, WAG, Ninja Obstacle).

We are RESOLUTE to provide children and adults with the opportunity to experience the joy of gymnastics on some of the best and safest artistic gymnastics equipment. Local community members could attain knowledge and recognize the benefits of gymnastics while gaining greater agility, physical strength, increased flexibility as well as improved self-esteem and confidence. We have moved to our permanent location at 150 Katimavik road, Kanata, ON, K2L 2N2.

Great coaching makes a difference. Come be part of it. 🤸‍♀️

Rideau Gymnastics is a big gym with a strong sense of community. Our facility is energetic and full of kids learning, training and growing every day, but what really makes Rideau special is the people.

We’re a team that cares about our athletes, supports one another and takes pride in creating a place where kids can work hard, build confidence and feel like they belong.

We’re currently growing our Competitive WAG coaching team and looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

A few quick details:
👉 Competitive WAG Coach
👉 6–30 hours/week, depending on experience and skill set
👉 $20–$25/hour
👉 Minimum 2 years of gymnastics coaching experience
👉 NCCP Competition 1 WAG trained/certified preferred
👉 Experience with Xcel, pre-competitive or competitive WAG is an asset

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive, coachable and genuinely excited about developing young gymnasts.

Our Leotard Consignment Sale is happening during the Welcome Back BBQ, and everyone is invited to buy, sell, or do both!

Bring your pre-loved leotards and workout gear and attach a label to each item with:

• Your name
• Asking price
• Email address for e-transfer

Then drop your items off at the Consignment Table.

Our volunteers will keep an eye on the tables, but this is a friendly garage-sale / honour-system style setup. Buyers can browse, choose what they’d like, and pay the seller directly.

We highly recommend e-transfer to keep things simple. Rideau does not handle the payment, so if your item sells, the money goes directly to you.
And while you’re dropping yours off, have a look around. You may find the next leo your gymnast needs for a great price.

Come celebrate 10 years of Rideau Gymnastics with us at our Welcome Back BBQ + 10th Anniversary Celebration!

📅 Saturday, September 12�🕚 11 AM–3 PM

Bring the whole family and come enjoy burgers, hot dogs, games, prizes, homemade ice cream, free popcorn, face painting, our leotard consignment sale and more!

Come hungry, come have some fun, catch up with your Rideau community and help us celebrate a decade of movement, memories and gymnastics. ❤️
Some food and activities will also help support our fundraising efforts, so you can have a great afternoon and help our athletes at the same time.
