It may seem simple, but it takes some conscious effort. We tend to think we are doing "all the things" but reality is different. I challenge you to get a workbook and track these lifestyle habits for 90 days.
Change takes change, but it also can take time.
You want change, you have to make changes. Change is not always easy, but staying the same isn't easy either.
Now you don't have to change everything right away. But if you make small doable changes, in time they add up to big results.
I offer 10 minute challenge groups and it's a great place to start. You get moving, some accountability and then add on from there.
Adding 10 minutes could literally change your mental and physical health.
In 4 weeks you will see mental changes and maybe some small physical changes. So why wait?!
