At PFA we offer a variety of options, group classes (class times listed below) and personal training (during open hours). While a majority of our students train for FUN and Fitness, there is also the option to compete. If competition is your goal or interest we offer long term training for local athlete's and short term fight camps for out of town athletes. If you have a fight coming up and want to come train for a week or more, drop us a message and we can give you rates; [email protected]

Putting the finishing touches on Mike Seguin fight camp! 👊🔥

Thank you to harddtraining for allowing us to have sparring class while we hosted our annual gym Halloween 🎃 Party 🎈

It’s been years since his last fight, and Mike has really learned to enjoy the process—putting in the rounds, sharpening his skills and embracing the hard work alongside his teammates.

On November 7th, he steps back into the ring at the Undisputed Challenger Muay Thai Series at Calgary’s Deerfoot Inn & Casino.

Proud of the work you’ve put in, Mike, and thankful for everyone helping him prepare. Let’s go, Team PFA!

Our Gi classes offer the opportunity to build your technique, challenge yourself, and progress through the BJJ belt ranks alongside a dedicated team.
