Father Figure has become one of the most impactful programs at Cristini Athletics.
Watching dads reclaim their fitness, mobility, strength, and overall health while building consistency and accountability has been incredible to see.
This program is designed for real life.
Between work, family, kids’ sports, activities, and busy schedules, it can be hard for dads to find time to focus on their own health. That’s exactly why Father Figure was created.
This is 8 weeks of training, nutrition, accountability, mobility, and camaraderie with a group of dads all working toward the same goal.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about getting started and building momentum.
You don’t need to already be fit.
You don’t need CrossFit experience.
You don’t need to “get in shape first.”
You just need to start.
