Everybody wants to throw punches 🥊

But boxing starts with the basics

Rhythm, Footwork, Conditioning

Nothing flashy, Just putting in the work 👊

Golden Gloves 2026, We came ready. 🥊🔥

October 1–4, our team stepped up to represent Reyes Boxing Club.

Morlan Beltran Aranza put in the work, made weight and stepped into the ring. Not the result we wanted, but valuable experience to take back to the gym.

Danika Manning and Paula Calestagne also trained hard, cut weight and showed up ready. Neither had an opponent in their bracket, so both received their medals without opposition.

But Paula wasn’t done. She wanted more ring experience and kept that fire going by stepping into public sparring afterward. 🔥

Different experiences, same commitment.

Proud of all three for the work they put in, the discipline they showed and the way they represented Reyes.

We learn
We adjust
We move on to the next 👑🥊

🥊 BACK AT URBAN LEGENDS

Last Tuesday, Danika got some good sparring rounds in at Urban Legends

It had been a while since we’d been over there, so it was great to go back, get some work in, and catch up with Khaled and the team

Different partners
Different looks
More experience

It was also really cool seeing the next stage of Urban Legends being built. Big congratulations to Khaled and the whole team on what’s coming 👊

Always grateful for good rounds and good people in the boxing community.

We keep working 🥊
