Luca, our manager, put Ginger (our housekeeper 👀) up for a challenge… 3 months to transform his whole body.

And here he is 🔥

Over 30 lbs down, a completely different shape, and a whole new energy walking into the gym.

Not gonna lie… he’s a little more cocky now 😅 but we kinda like it.

All jokes aside, this is what consistency, discipline, and showing up every day looks like. We’re super proud of him 👏

But we’re not done yet, now it’s time to build muscle and really bring his physique to the next level.

If you see Ginger at the gym, hype him up, push him, and keep him accountable 💪

Colleen’s story is one that truly puts things into perspective.

For the past 6 years, she’s been battling stage 4 cancer… and through it all, she never stopped showing up.

About 5 and a half years ago, her doctor recommended strength training - and that’s when she started working with her coach, Marie-France ( ). Since then, she’s been consistent and they’ve been training together 2–3 times per week, no matter what.

She truly believes that strength training is one of the reasons she’s still here today.

Not just for her physical strength… but for her ability to recover, rebuild, and keep fighting after every operation.

She’s focused on building muscle, staying strong, and giving her body every possible chance to heal and keep going.

This is what resilience looks like.
This is what true strength looks like.

If this doesn’t motivate you to take care of your body, we don’t know what will.

Strength training isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about longevity, quality of life, and giving your body the strength it needs to carry you through anything life throws at you.
