Last Sunday, Académie de Karaté showed up strong at Jeux du Montréal 💥
We had 9 athletes compete — and the results speak for themselves:

Our program is growing — and new spots are officially open at FFMTL Soccer Academy.
👦👧 Age Groups:
• 5–6
• 7–8
• 9–11
• 12+
📅 Schedule:
• Sundays: 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM
📍 Locations: LCC & Park Macdonald
