La santé mentale ça nous tiens à coeur à Wonderland.
On se le fait souvent dire à quel point on est benéfique pour votre santé mentale.
Malheureusement, tous ne sont pas dans le mĂȘme bateau.
Que ce soit pour une pĂ©riode transitoire ou permanent plusieurs personnes auront besoin dâaide de professional de la santĂ© mentale dans leur vie.

Nutrition week 9
Alright team, its time to talk about calories.
Calories are simply a unit of measure.
They says nothing about what you are actually consuming.
The calories you eat shouldnât make you feel shame or judgement. Eat what you please, but do realise that if you are only tracking calories you are not getting the full picture.
Are you eating enough of each macronutrient?
Are you eating enough micronutrients?
If you are eating meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit and a little starch, you will be getting everything you need to thrive. No supplements or work around needed.
This might sound familiar to some.
CrossFitâs fitness in 100 words starts with nutrition.
Nutrition had always been the foundation of our methodology.
âEat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, littile starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.â

challenge : The big 3 power output
Bench Press
Back Squat
Deadlift
Test your output in 2min of each lift. Rest 2min between lift.
Loading for each movement is based on your bodyweight :
Bench Press : 75% / 50%
Back Squat : 100% / 75%
Deadlift : 125% / 100%
