Fall is a time for change so, we’ve made some! Our schedule just got a glow up!

Starting next week please note the following changes:

1. Jane will now be covering Tuesday mornings at 9:00.

2. Echo now moves from 4:30 Wednesdays to Noon on Tuesdays.

3. Morgan will now move from 7:00 on Wednesdays to 4:30 on Wednesdays.

4. Ally will now move to 7:00 on Wednesdays.

5. Lauren will be alternating every second Friday with Payton.

And we’ll see you on the bike❤️

Because a little reminder never hurt anybody. 😉

⏰ PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR CLASS
If you are a brand new rider, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class so we have time to get you properly set up.

🚪 OUR OUTSIDE DOORS LOCK 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS.
There will be no admittance after that time, so please plan accordingly.

❤️ BOOK IT. RIDE IT.
Please don’t reserve bikes “just in case.” If you book it, we’re counting on you.

❌ CANCEL WITH CARE
Plans change — we get it! But repeated cancellations affect other riders AND our schedule.

💸 NO SHOW = $20
Booked it, didn’t cancel, didn’t come? Our No-Show Fee applies.

📱 NO PHONES IN THE BIKE ROOM
No phones are permitted in the bike room during class. This is your time to unplug, ride and enjoy the room!

🚲 YOUR BOOKINGS MATTER
We look at bookings, attendance AND cancellations when deciding which classes stay on the schedule.

🌸 PLEASE SKIP THE SCENTS
Please do not wear perfumes, colognes, body sprays or other strong scents in the bike room. Your instructor and fellow riders are breathing deeply throughout class, and strong scents can make breathing uncomfortable or difficult. We appreciate you helping us keep the bike room scent-free. ❤️
