People with low grip strength are at greater risk of dying over the next 5, 10, or 20+ years.

This doesn't mean that we need to focus on building our grip strength to live longer.

Grip strength is simply a much safer and easier way to measure overall strength than testing the average person's deadlift.

Instead, engaging in total body strength training lowers blood pressure, improves insulin sensitivity, and lowers cholesterol.

This helps you live a longer, healthier, and more active life.
