This coming weekend, the Summer Club season comes together in Gander for the 2026 Summer Club Championships, with over 370 swimmers from 8 Summer Clubs across the island ready for three days of racing, team spirit and FUN!

While weβve been busy cheering on swimmers here at home, Mount Pearl Marlins swimmer CHRIS WEEKS is getting ready to represent Team Canada on the international stage! π¨π¦πββοΈ
Chris will compete August 12β15 in Irvine, California, at the 2026 Pan Pacific Championships, after earning his place on the Canadian team at the Canadian Swimming Trials in July.
And what a team to be part of! Chris will be representing Canada alongside an incredible roster that includes 17 Olympians! π¨π¦
The 2026 championships mark the return of Pan Pacs for the first time in nearly a decade, providing an important international racing opportunity as athletes move into the second half of the Olympic cycle toward the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. ππ₯
