Leading up to our 9 year anniversary extravaganza we are giving you a little insight into who is teaching, and what to expect.
Registration is open for these classes and we would love nothing more then for you, your friends, and your family to join us

Pilates in the Park for the Elizabeth Fry Society!!
Join us June 13th, 27th, July 11th, 25th, August 8th and 22nd for all levels Pilates at 🌈Rainbow Park!!
-Please park on Rainbow drive and be careful walking down the hill, it is slippery!
-We are set up across the Elementary school between the playground and bathrooms
-Bring your own mat, and cash if you wish to donate
✨We kindly ask that you register in advance. To keep the event more intimate and manageable for the instructors, we are limiting the capacity.
☔️☀️ If the weather is looking not great, we will cancel and contact those who are registered by 9am on the day of the class.
