Regina Dolphins Swim Team

These RODS swimmers took part in the Regina Beach lake swim this morning. Great job!

Gillian, Macy and Tenley completed the Lumsden Beach swim this morning crossing the lake in 26:43.

The RODs would like to welcome Coach Melina Jenkins as the new Junior Provincial group coach!

Competing at the Western and Junior National level, Melina earned a spot on the Canada Games Team for Saskatchewan in 2001. Following high school, she competed for the RODs and Cougars for two seasons, qualifying for CIS Championships (now USport) in her first year with the Cougars. She also held the record for the 50 Free for the Cougars while she was on the team.

Melina is a certified 201 Swimming Coach, and in training for her 301. She began coaching swimming in 2004 with the Marlins and was named the head coach of that program in 2012. Welcome to the team, Coach Melina!
