CHRONIC CONDITIONS AND EXERCISE THERAPY
NEW TIMES ADDED!
We’re excited to add new times to our Chronic Conditions and Exercise Therapy weekly schedule.
AVAILABLE as of June 8th
Monday & Friday @ 2pm – 3pm.
OTHER DAYS AND TIMES AVAILABLE:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12:15pm
Tuesday & Thursday at 8am
Tuesday & Thursday at 11am
We have created these semi-private training classes as an option for those who need more focus and attention on exercises pertaining to chronic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, COPD and osteoporosis. This is also a great option for those who need assistance with musculoskeletal injuries, pre-habilitation/ rehabilitation before and after surgeries and changes in lifestyle/risk reduction.
In your session, you can work on your individual needs in a semi-private setting with one of our Exercise Physiologists. Your certified CEP can help guide you through your current exercise/physiotherapy program as well as give you more exercises to compliment you for a full body workout. Class is limited to 4-5 people so we can provide you with excellent care and guidance through your exercise rehab routine. A 60-minute chronic condition assessment is recommended to start.
We suggest getting our referral form filled out if you have any of the mentioned chronic conditions. Please ask for the referral form to give to your health care provider to fill out.

THE GRADE 9 TRY-A-CAREER FAIR!
Last week, Level 10 took part in the Grade 9 Try-a-Career Fair. The event gave students a chance to explore different career opportunities while also participating in fun and interactive activities.
One of the highlights of the day was the fitness challenge activities, where students competed in vertical jump using the vertical jump mat, as well as push-up and sit-up competitions. The activities encouraged dedication and healthy competition. Students also had a fantastic time cheering each other on.
The fair was a great opportunity for them to build confidence, learn new skills, and think about future career paths in an engaging and enjoyable environment.

WELCOME OUR FIELDWORK STUDENT!
We’re excited to welcome Sansha Anand to the Level 10 team as our new Kinesiology fieldwork student. Sansha is in her last year of studying at the University of Regina pursuing their Bachelor of Kinesiology degree majoring in Human Kinetics and are completing her fieldwork with us this Summer.
Originally from India, Sansha moved to Canada six years ago and developed a strong passion for fitness, rehabilitation, and overall wellness through both her studies and personal experiences.Throughout her university journey, she has worked with individuals from a variety of fitness backgrounds and health needs — supporting exercise programs, motivating clients, and helping people build confidence in their movement. Sansha is passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment where clients feel encouraged to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress. Outside of school and work, Sansha enjoys strength training, pickleball, dancing, hiking, swimming, and spending time outdoors. She also loves adventurous activities like bungee jumping and skydiving. She’s excited to continue learning while supporting clients on their fitness and rehab journeys, and we’re thrilled to have her as part of the Level 10 team.

PCL CONSTRUCTION FUNDRAISER WORKOUT FOR MS
Level 10 Fitness is proud to partner with PCL Construction to host a workout fundraiser in support of the MS Bike Waskesiu. Every year PCL puts forward a team of riders for the MS Bike Fundraiser in Waskesiu where hundreds of riders come together each year, with over $4 million raised to date in support of Canadians affected by multiple sclerosis. Please join us for a workout as we come together as a community to sweat and raise money for this great cause.
We welcome everyone in the community to this event and all levels of fitness!
