🧠 Hockey Saskatchewan’s Building Resiliency Program returns for a 2nd season, giving parents and coaches tools to help athletes navigate adversity, perform under pressure and develop the mental skills needed throughout their hockey journey.

The series will be hosted by Kyle McDonald, a Saskatchewan-based mental performance consultant and owner of Competitive Will Performance Consulting. 🎙️
