We can’t wait to introduce one of the newest members of our ZGD team—Ms. Solvieg! 🩰

Ms. Solvieg brings an incredible wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to her teaching. Her passion for ballet and dedication to developing dancers make her such a wonderful addition to our team.

We are so excited to have her join Zero Gravity Dance and can’t wait for our dancers to learn from her! 💚

It has been so wonderful watching our dancers learn, grow, challenge themselves, and find new inspiration through movement.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible guest summer faculty for sharing your knowledge, energy, passion, and artistry with our dancers this week. We are so grateful for the inspiration you brought into our studio!

What a special week of dance, growth, and memories.

The benefits of dance go far beyond the stage. 💚

Dance builds confidence, improves strength, supports heart health, reduces stress, sparks creativity, and creates friendships that can last a lifetime. It’s so much more than learning steps—it’s about growing as a person.

At Zero Gravity Dance, we’re proud to provide a place where dancers of all ages can move, learn, connect, and thrive.

We know that high school is a busy season of life. Between academics, friendships, extracurricular activities, and dance, finding balance is more important than ever.

Our new High School Program has been thoughtfully designed to support our dancers both in and out of the studio. By starting earlier and wrapping up earlier in the evening, we’re creating a schedule that allows dancers to stay committed to everything.

We believe great dancers are built through consistency, but they also thrive when they have balance. This new schedule offers the structure and stability our older dancers need to succeed—not only as dancers, but as confident, well-rounded young adults.

Train hard. Stay balanced. Keep thriving.
