No team is complete without the people behind the scenes, and the Saint John Flames are proud to announce the signing of legendary equipment manager Mase Lloyd.
A staple of senior hockey in New Brunswick, Mase brings an unmatched résumé to the Flames. Widely regarded as the toughest guy in the province, his career record stands at an incredible 1000-1, although nobody can quite remember who handed him the loss… and nobody is brave enough to ask.
Known as the glue behind the bench, Mase keeps the room together, the gear organized, and the boys hydrated with what many consider the meanest water bottle fills in senior hockey.
Whether it’s tape, skate repairs, words of encouragement, or making sure everyone has what they need to compete, Mase is the kind of person every team needs and every player appreciates.
Senior hockey is built on great people, and we’re lucky to have one of the best.
Welcome to the Flames, Mase. 🔥❤️
