No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

These No Bake Peanut Butter Bars are quick, easy, and a better option when you want something sweet without reaching for processed snacks.
Made with peanut butter, honey, and oats, they are simple to prep and great to have ready for the week.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar-free peanut butter
1 cup honey
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
Directions:
Heat the peanut butter and honey on low until smooth and combined.
Mix in the oats and stir well.
Press into a 9x9 pan.
Cover and let set overnight.
For gluten free, use gluten-free oats.
For clean eating, use raw honey.

Before you go to sleep, take a few minutes and write down your plan for the next day.
What are you going to eat?
When are you going to workout?
What are 3 things you want to accomplish?
It does not have to be complicated. Just a simple plan that gives your day direction.
When you wake up, you already know what you need to do. You are not guessing, reacting, or waiting for motivation to show up.
Small habits like this can make a big difference with your fitness, nutrition, weight loss, and overall health.
Plan tonight. Execute tomorrow. Repeat.
That is how results are built.

Funny how that works… 😂
You walk into the gym tired, stressed, and thinking, “I do not have the energy for this today.”
Then somehow, after completely exhausting yourself, you leave feeling better than when you came in.
That is the magic of a good workout.
Sweaty? Yes.
Tired? Definitely.
Relaxed? Weirdly… also yes.
Sometimes the best part of your day is the part where you challenge yourself, clear your head, and remind yourself what you are capable of.

Healthy Snack Idea: Turkey Snack Meatballs 💪
Wholesome snacking does not have to be boring or complicated.
These Turkey Snack Meatballs are quick, simple, and easy to prep ahead for the week. Make a batch on the weekend and you’ll have a healthy, high-protein snack ready to go when life gets busy.
Small choices like this add up. Better snacks, better energy, better results.
Turkey Snack Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
½ cup yellow onion, diced
¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp fresh mint, minced
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 tsp ground cumin
1½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a casserole pan with olive oil.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 20 meatballs and place in the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Each meatball is only about 50 calories with 5g of protein.
Healthy eating does not have to be perfect. It just has to be planned.
