300 classes is ah-mazing. What most people don’t realize is this typically takes at least a year of 5/week effort, and sometimes with life when it be lifing can take two years.
That’s true consistency right there!
Kris your spirit, smiles and burpee speed is unmatched and we’re so glad you found us.

With it being international food prep day 😂 we thought we would post about just that.
We’d say that out of every 10 people we meet, 7-8 would like to improve their body composition (lose weight or gain muscle), and MOST feel resistant when it comes to weighing or tracking their food.
It’s so hard.
I can’t eat anything I like.
Listen, we are not ignoring the fact that some people have a complex relationship with food. But we do think sometimes those struggles can be lessened with a little kindness and perspective change.
We are going to take a hard stance here but we do believe that weighing your food is the best and fastest way to create change.
It’s accurate. 💯
It creates portion awareness 💯
And it is knowledge that allows you to “eat intuitively” long term. 🔥
As someone who has been consistently logging food for 15+ years 🤷🏼♀️, this has enabled me not to eat perfectly, but to get to know food, balance it and be able to predict proper portions when I don’t have access to a scale.
Plus, if you want the benefits of using a scale without feeling trapped by it, here’s a trick you can implement.
1. Use the same container (a bowl) weigh out your food on it, then next time repeat it and log with ease.
This works best with healthier foods like fruits and vegetables, as they are the least dense calorically.
But it can be done with other foods too if needed.
Use tools like this as data. Not judgement on your character or body.
Want chips but if you log and weigh them they can’t fit into your target calories? Well maybe there’s a better choice. 🫶🏼
Empower yourself, be accountable to your health and win the fitness game. 🎉
