Blending strength and rest, Modo + Nidra is quickly becoming a studio favourite 🧘
〰️ Beginning with the first 30 minutes of the Modo sequence, this class is followed by 30 minutes of deep rest, guided through a Yoga Nidra practice.
〰️ The repetitive and meditative practice of Modo helps calm and settle the mind, setting you up to fully land in your Nidra nest.
We’re happy to announce that this class will be staying on the schedule as we head into our fall/winter season - Thursdays at 7pm 🍃

Happy Birthday Hannah 💙
Although she is our newest team member, she’s not a new face - Hannah has been a long standing practitioner in our community, and a she’s one of the most kind and friendly people. You’ve probably had chats with her in the change room or on the couch a few times as she’s sure to include everyone in the conversation!
Hannah is a sweet and joyful soul. She adds so much warmth to our teaching team, and it’s felt in both her classes and her personal practice. Whether in the studio, hanging outside on the beach or in the woods, or in her day job nursing, you’ll always see a smile on her face. We are so grateful to have her join our staff this year 🥰
Send Hannah lots of birthday love 🎉
