Unbelievable. Our Silver Fox Squash Cancer Tournament in April raised $7,337.37 for the Northern Ontario Cancer Fund (via Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation (and $500 for the junior squash development!)!!!!

Thank you to our amazing squash community for always stepping up and participating in our annual charity tourney - it's such a fun event and for such a worthwhile, local cause! Way to go!!!

The 2026 Silver Fox is in the books! Another fantastic year with awesome socials, great food and of course amazing squash - all with the purpose of raising funds for the Northern Cancer Fund!

Once again thank you to our amazing sponsors for stepping up to help out. A huge thanks also to the players but especially those who came from out of town - Sunset Country Squash - Fort Frances and The Sioux Lookout Squash Club most notably but also individuals from Fort MacMurray, Ottawa and Toronto!

Our team at Canadian Tire Thunder Bay was happy to donate prizes to the 30th Annual Silver Fox Squash Cancer Charity Tournament, happening April 17–19, 2026 at the Canada Games Complex.

This popular local event brings Northwestern Ontario’s squash community together for some fierce competition while raising important funds for the Northern Cancer Fund in Thunder Bay.
We donated a T-Fal air fryer and a squash racquet — perfect prizes to help motivate the players and add to the fun of the weekend!
