If you love gardening… but don’t love how your body feels afterward 🌱
This workshop is for you.
Hours of planting, bending, lifting, kneeling, and weeding can leave the body feeling stiff, compressed, and sore — especially through the back, hips, knees, neck, and shoulders.
Our upcoming MELT Method® for Gardening Workshop is designed to help you prepare your body for the demands of gardening and recover more fully afterward.
You’ll learn simple techniques to:
âś” Reduce stiffness and tension
âś” Rehydrate connective tissue
âś” Improve mobility and body awareness
âś” Help your body recover more efficiently after gardening
Many people leave feeling lighter, looser, and more refreshed.

⛳️ Our Golf Ready Workshop wrapped up on Saturday — and what a great group.
We focused on improving:
✔️ Thoracic rotation
✔️ Hip mobility and stability
✔️ Shoulder and ribcage mobility
✔️ Core control and power generation
Because a better golf swing isn’t just about strength — it’s about how well the body moves and transfers force.
Thanks to everyone who joined us and brought such great energy to the workshop. We loved seeing the improvements even throughout the session.

This focused workshop is designed to help you move better, loosen up, and feel more prepared for the season ahead.

Through targeted ELDOA postures, you’ll actively create space while building deep core strength and joint support. The result is a body that feels less compressed, more stable, and easier to move, supported from the inside out.
This course is ideal for people who:
‣ Feel compressed, stiff, or restricted through the spine
‣ Want to improve alignment, posture, and overall ease of movement
‣ Are curious about ELDOA and want a clear, guided introduction
‣Already do Pilates, strength training, or other movement practices and want to feel better supported in their body
This course is best suited for people who are comfortable participating in a small-group movement setting. Those looking for more individualized support or managing more complex back concerns are often better served starting with private sessions.

Why Staying Strong Matters More as Life Gets Busier
Life gets busier.
Schedules fill up. Stress adds up.
And many people quietly notice their bodies feel less steady or supported — even though nothing is “wrong.”
That’s often not about aging.
It’s about strength not being challenged in the right way.
Movement that includes strength, control, and coordination teaches your muscles how to support you — so everyday life feels easier and more confident.
Staying strong isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about giving your body the support it needs to keep up with your life.
