Ballet is the foundation of all styles. Whether you’re looking to build technique, improve strength and alignment, deepen your mind-body connection, or simply enjoy the artistry of ballet, this program is for you!

We are so excited to have Jessica leading these programs and sharing her knowledge with our dancers.

Laura is a dedicated dancer at Embody and a member of both our Elite and Evolve programs. She’s constantly training, showing up to classes whenever she can, and continuing to grow as a dancer 🌱

This series actually started because of her. Laura came to us with the idea of teaching a class and sharing her own creative voice, and we knew we had to make it happen!
