Same girl. Three different weights. But completely different stories.

At 155 lbs, I felt disconnected from myself.
At 140 lbs, I looked “fit” but was running on empty.
At 145 lbs, I feel aligned, energized, and the most me I’ve ever been.

The difference?
I stopped chasing the lowest number…
and started building a routine that actually works for me not against me.

Now I eat food I love.

And I don’t punish myself for being human.

I’ve gone back and forth on whether I should share this. Because for a long time, I didn’t even let myself feel what happened.

 this is why I started working out. Not to “get fit.” Not for aesthetics. But because I needed something to hold onto when everything else felt like it was falling apart.

I was lonely, numb, and using food to cope.
I didn’t know I was running from trauma I just knew I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

That one morning I chose to move my body and make a healthy meal…
that was the first time I chose me.
Fitness gave me structure when I felt lost.
It helped me feel strong when I felt powerless.
And it reminded me I could rebuild myself, even after everything.

If you’ve ever been through something and felt broken, I just want you to know you’re not alone.
You are never too far gone. You are never too late to start over.

just wanted to take a moment to be real with you all. Lately, I’ve been struggling to get fully back on track with my own fitness routine. Life has thrown some personal challenges my way, and I’ve had to prioritize my mental and emotional well-being above everything else.

It’s hard for me to admit because I know I’m here to lead and guide you but I also believe in leading with honesty. The truth is, sometimes fitness has to take a backseat so you can focus on figuring yourself out.

Progress isn’t always linear, and neither is life. If you’re going through something and it’s been hard to show up 100% know that I see you. I’m with you. And you’re not falling behind. You’re just being human.
