Wanna know the biggest fat loss mistake? Relying on the scale..

The scale only tells you your total body weight. It doesn’t tell you if you’re building muscle, losing body fat, or completely changing your body composition.

That’s why I use the hume health Body Pod. Instead of obsessing over one number, I can track my skeletal muscle mass and body fat percentage over time. It’s a much better way to see what’s actually happening, even during weeks when the scale doesn’t move.

I’ve seen people stay the exact same weight while building muscle and losing fat. If they only looked at the scale, they’d think they weren’t making progress.

Focus less on what you weigh and more on what your body is made of.

The Hume Health Body Pod is about 98% as accurate as a DEXA scan (the clinical gold standard for measuring body composition), making it an easy way to track your progress from home over time.

Comment ‘POD” for the exact Hume health pod that I use!

Case #642 on why we can’t train together lmfao

The aesthetic part of the gym lasts a few minutes 🙃

The progress comes from the reps that make your legs shake, the sets you want to quit halfway through, resting long enough to lift heavy again, and showing up week after week.

Sometimes social media makes glute growth look like matching gym sets, cute selfies, and a good pump. Yea those things are cute but they’re not the reason glutes grow. They grow because you’re willing to do the part that isn’t always glamorous.

That’s the part most people don’t post 🫢

Massive shout out to my glute mommy for helping me dig deep.

And the SET ?!!! new lift seamless dropping tomorrow at 2PM EST 🙏 Code: GINA10 to save !!!

THE 5 RULES FOR GLUTE WORKOUTS 🍑

The people making the best progress usually aren’t doing anything flashy. They have a simple structure, they train hard, they progressively overload, and they stay consistent week after week.

The problem isn’t that you’re not working hard. It’s that most people are randomly throwing exercises together because they saw them on TikTok.

A good glute workout has structure. Once you understand that structure, you can walk into any gym and build an effective workout without wondering if you’re doing enough.

Stop chasing random exercises. Start training with a plan 🫶

Everyone wants bigger glutes, but very few people are willing to train for them.

Building muscle isn’t about finding the perfect exercise. It’s about taking the basics seriously. Training close to failure. Controlling your reps instead of rushing them. Progressively overloading over weeks and months. Recovering well enough to come back stronger.

Your glutes don’t grow because you did 15 different exercises. They grow because you gave them a reason to adapt.

Stop chasing the burn. Start chasing progress.

The things you do every day tell the real story.

If getting stronger, healthier, or more confident is truly important to you, your routine should reflect that.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being honest.

Because your results will always mirror your habits.

I hated hearing every single one of these… because every single one of them meant I had to take more responsibility.

The hardest part about fitness isn’t learning what to do. Most people already know that. The hardest part is accepting that your body follows the same rules whether you like them or not.

Once I stopped looking for exceptions, stopped chasing perfect weeks, and stopped trying to outsmart the process, everything changed.

The lessons that annoyed me the most ended up giving me the results I’d been chasing for years.

Sometimes the advice you least want to hear is exactly what you need to hear.

Which one called you out the most? 😂👇

I genuinely believed that if I could just change my body, everything else would fall into place.

What I didn’t realize was that fitness was never just changing my body.

It taught me how to keep promises to myself.

It taught me discipline on the days I wanted to quit.

It gave me confidence that had nothing to do with how I looked.

That journey led me to a career I love, people I never would’ve met, the love of my life, and a life I’m incredibly grateful for.

Not everyone wants to see you win.

Some people will smile to your face and question you behind your back. Some will make jokes about your goals. Some will wait for you to fail so they can say, “I knew it.”

And weirdly… That became my fuel 😈

Every time someone underestimated me, I worked a little harder. Every time someone doubted me, I got a little more disciplined. Every time someone thought I couldn’t do it, I clocked back in.

I stopped chasing approval and started chasing progress. Because eventually, the people who laughed at the dream have to watch you live it.
