For years I thought getting abs meant doing endless crunches and ab workouts every single day.

The truth? Nutrition is what got my body fat low enough for my abs to become visible.

But I also think people underestimate how much actually training your abs can make a difference. Just like any other muscle, abs can grow. Building them made mine look more defined, pop a little more, and become visible at a higher body fat percentage than before.

So no, I didn’t get abs from doing 500 crunches a day.

I got them from getting lean enough to reveal them, while also building the muscle underneath.

YALL… now you know why we’ve been so busy 😂

WE MOVED. Into our literal dream home 🧿

It’s honestly hard to put into words how emotional this feels. Keeping this a secret has been one of the hardest things because we’ve been dying to share it with you.

There were so many moments over the years where this felt so far away. Long work days. Sacrifices. Stress. Taking risks. I personally always thought I’d be in a condo.

But standing in this home together, as a team, makes every single hard day worth it.

I’m so proud of us. Not because of the house itself, but because of the life we’ve built together to get here.

So grateful. So excited. And still slightly in shock that this is real. Now excuse us while we spend the next month surrounded by boxes 😂🤍

For years, I thought I needed filler to change my face.

Turns out, I just needed a calorie deficit because I was overeating at the time.

Losing 40 lbs changed my face more than any cosmetic treatment ever could. Not because filler is bad, but because I was trying to fix a problem that wasn’t actually the problem.

Sometimes the answer isn’t adding something.

It’s changing your habits.

Somewhere along the way, people decided that if you want to run, you have to accept losing your glutes.

I don’t buy it.

Over the last year I’ve trained for races, improved my running, completed multiple HYROX events, and still continued building my lower body. Running didn’t stop my glute growth. It just meant I had to be more intentional with my training, nutrition, and recovery.

The reality is that most people don’t lose their glutes because they run. They lose them because they stop strength training properly, don’t eat enough, or fail to recover from the amount of work they’re doing.

You don’t have to choose between being strong and being athletic. CLOCK IN ✅

Every year I become a little more grateful that I didn’t give up on myself when it would’ve been easier to.

Still processing how posting workout videos somehow led me into rooms like this 😩

Really grateful for experiences like these and for everyone that’s supported me along the way. Sometimes I get so focused on work and what’s next that I forget to actually stop and appreciate moments while they’re happening.

Today was honestly super inspiring creatively. I learned so much from the apple team about ways to elevate content creation and business using ai and the new m5 macbook air, and it genuinely opened my mind to how much faster and more creative the process can become.

As someone constantly filming, editing, planning launches, building programs and creating content every single day, it was really cool hearing different ways creators can use these tools to bring ideas to life more efficiently.

Definitely left feeling really inspired and excited to start implementing some of these new tools into my content 🍎

Thank you so much for having me 🥹 really excited about the partnership and to continue creating with a brand that pushes creativity and innovation forward.

WE LOCKED IN LIKE WE SAID WE WOULD 😮‍💨

The difference between people who change their life and people who stay stuck usually comes down to one thing: they actually do the things they said they were going to do.

Stop waiting to “feel ready.” Stop restarting every Monday. If you told yourself you wanted more for your life, your body, your mindset… then go prove it to yourself. Build trust with yourself. Even on the days you don’t feel motivated. Especially on those days.

Consistency builds confidence. Not motivation.

I LOVEEEE this stuff 😭 has genuinely become part of my recovery routine lately especially with how hard I’ve been training.

A lot of people focus so much on workouts but completely ignore recovery… meanwhile that’s one of the biggest things that helps you continue showing up consistently.

I’ve been using the Extra Strength roll-on after tougher training days on my lower back, shoulders, hips, wherever I’m feeling the most tight or sore and I genuinely love the cooling/warming feeling it gives after applying it. It’s made with ingredients like menthol, peppermint, and eucalyptus and helps soothe muscle tension without feeling harsh on the skin.

Especially lately with running, Hyrox training, lifting, and just overall increasing my volume… this has been something I keep reaching for constantly 👏

There’s something so different about the confidence that comes from actually working hard for it. Not handed to you. Not overnight.

You built it on the days you didn’t feel like showing up and did it anyway.

I’m very big on controlling my reps. Slowing things down, actually feeling the movement, and not just throwing weight around has genuinely helped me build way more strength.

A lot of people rush through sets just to say they lifted heavier, but controlling the eccentric, staying stable, and owning every rep makes such a difference, not just for muscle growth, but for overall strength and form too.
