Our camps are the perfect mix of development and fun. Skate on our treadmills, shoot on our synthetic ice shooting pad, challenge yourself in the gym and work on your stick handling and puck control at Barnburner, play Mini sticks with boards and then head over to and work on your skills on the ice.
Join us Monday May 18 for our Victoria Day Long Weekend Camp.

Ever feel like all your hockey practices blur together, but you’re not sure if you’re actually getting better?
It’s easy to skate, shoot, and stickhandle week after week without really knowing if you’re making progress. The truth is, most of us rely on gut feeling instead of real numbers — and that’s where things can get frustrating. What if you had simple ways to measure your speed, accuracy, or puck control, so you could actually see your hard work pay off?
Curious how to track your progress and set goals that actually make sense? Let’s talk about which stats matter most and how you can use them to keep moving forward. What’s one thing you wish you could measure about your game?

Ever notice how the smallest changes in your skating or shooting can make a huge difference during games? I was watching a group session yesterday and it struck me how much everyone benefits from seeing their progress tracked out in real time—especially when a coach stops to show them a quick stat or video replay. It’s one thing to feel improvement, but actually seeing the numbers or footage is next-level satisfying.
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to train with real feedback and a coach who actually knows your game, I’m curious—what’s the one skill you’d want to measure the most? Skating speed? Shot accuracy? Something else? Let’s talk about it in the comments!
