Learn more about SOY (Supporting Our Youth) the organization we have teamed up with for the third year in a row as part of our Sweat For Pride Workout ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ช

Our goal this year is to help raise $2000 for SOY, every part of the proceeds goes towards SOYโ€™s programming and resources that they offer for LGBTQIA+ youth across the city of Toronto
