Meet Olivia 💙
A lifelong athlete who grew up playing every sport she could, Olivia loves incorporating a little bit of everything into her fitness routine, from spin and running to tennis and re°former. She loves syncing breath and music to build energy in the room, creating sessions that feel both powerful and uplifting.

Meet Vanessa 💙
A lifelong mover who grew up dancing and doing gymnastics, Vanessa later found yoga and has been practicing consistently for the past three years. Over the last year, she became certified to teach both yoga and re°former, bringing a thoughtful, supportive approach to every session.
