Imagine starting your day having moved and stretched, strengthened, mobilized joints, bent forward, bent backwards, held your body upside down reversing blood flow … with it all culminating in starting your day standing taller and stronger in body and lighter and clearer in mind.

Get your day started with Breathe’s early morning classes. Doors open at 6:15am and classes run through the morning.

Yoga isn’t just stretching. For serious athletes, it’s a performance tool.

It builds the deep core stability that protects joints under load, unlocks hip and shoulder mobility that translates directly to better mechanics, and accelerates recovery so you’re back at full capacity faster.

Consistent practice reduces injury risk by improving prioperception and tissue resilience, while breathwork and mindfulness training sharpen mental focus that separates good athletes from great ones.
Whether you:
✨run
✨Cycle
✨Swim
✨playteam sports

Yoga addresses the physical gaps that conventional training leaves behind – and the world‘s most decorated athletes have known it for years.

Join us for Yoga for sports – a six week series designed specifically for movers.

Starts Thursday, May 2418 to 9 PM at Breathe Yoga

Somatics are body-based skills which we can cultivate to help bring
🌸calm
🌸vitality
🌸balance
into our body, mind and nervous system.

They work by accessing/supporting the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is also known as the 10th cranial nerve and it extends from the brain stem to many of our vital organs (e.g. heart, lungs, digestion, immune system).

An optimally functioning vagus nerve fosters a sense of safety, promoting emotional regulation and positive connections with ourselves, our environment and others.

🌸SOMATICS WORKSHOP🌸 with
SUNDAY MAY 24

Some of the simple, body-based practices we will explore include:
• Breathing (including diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, sighing)
• Mindful movement (gentle, rhythmic, stretching and moving)
• Grounding
• Shake it off
• Humming
• Being in or imagining ourselves in nature
Come join us to explore, practice and learn.
