Every class comes with real coaching — not “figure it out” and hope for the best.
You can watch a thousand videos, but having a coach actually watch you? That’s the difference between average form and moving well, safely, and with purpose.
We don’t just run workouts — we coach them.
We teach the movement.
We see what’s actually happening.
We correct it in real time.
We catch what you don’t — early arm bend on the pull, knees caving in the squat, bar path looping out front, weight shifting into your toes.
Small cues.
